Questions
& answers.
The useful things to know before we begin.
01What kind of projects do you take on?+
We work across commercial films, campaign imagery, social content, e-commerce assets and brand worlds. If you have an idea that needs to be made visible, we can help shape it. We do not take on work that promotes harm, illegal drugs or exploitation.
02When can WARD239 get involved?+
At any stage. Bring us in from the first thought, or once a project is already moving. When an idea needs a clearer form, our creative directors help define the concept, develop the visual direction and take it into production.
03How do you use AI?+
AI plays a major role in our visual development and production process, but it is never the whole process. Every project is directed, edited, colour graded, retouched, sound designed and finished with care. The tools can move quickly; the final image still needs taste, control and a point of view.
04Can you work with our existing team or agency?+
Yes. We can join an existing brand, agency or production team at the point where we are most useful — whether that means improving a visual system, developing campaign imagery or producing films and content alongside your team.
05What do you need to start a project?+
Start by contacting us through the site with your idea, however early it is. A complete brief is welcome, but not required. Tell us what you want to make, who it is for, your timing and anything that already exists.
06Where do you work?+
WARD239 is a distributed studio working internationally. Our team is based across Canada, Poland and France, and we work remotely or on location depending on what the project needs.
Tell us what
you're making.
A thought, a reference, a rough brief. Start wherever you are.
